I'm 28 and have been watching hermitcraft for a few years, and been playing minecraft even longer. I now have a 20 month and I literally cannot wait until he is old enough to be introduced to minecraft.
Don't forget the Mommas who started out playing Minecraft with their kids and watching Hermitcraft and keep on playing and watching even now. I love these Hermits.

The reasoning behind no one using the iron golem thing is:
1) it's not fun
2) there are easier ways to do it if u want to cheese it
3) requires a lot of resources if u wanna mass produce
@Jhon Benz C. Iron farms actually aren't that easy to make and it's easy to mess it up making golems spawn everywhere or just make it spawn no golems..plus it takes a lot of set-up to do. Mass spawning golems to kill a wither is inefficient compared to other cheaper methods.
@Jhon Benz C. the iron farm time isn't the only factor it takes liek 30-60mjn but the real factor is MASS produce not just producing in which case making an iron farm is much less efficient than a wither farm for example or simply spawning it under the end

But a comment on a video with a relevant topic that also pertains to a previous joke on the channel isn’t really unnecessary-it’s just meant to be a comical suggestion for the fun!
@Milkshake Draws In like season 6, maybe 7 it became really popular, but then it kinda died off. Not only was it never mentioned in future seasons (the hermits themselves have said they don't like to redo stuff and reuse jokes), I have only seen a handful of people do it. It isn't a running joke anymore if only 0.5% of Grian's audience does it and neither Grian himself nor any other hermit has even mentioned it.

Grian you should fill The Entity with amethyst so it’s like a geode considering that it’s hollow.
I've seen someone do the golem thing a couple of years ago with an obsidian box FULL TO THE BRIM with golems. Needless to say, the wither died in 2 unison golem hits.

I think it fits the alchemist theme but it also looks like a shoe and I love it 😋
i would love to see grian build in a modded series (like afterlife) that has all the building items to see what he could come up with. i can't even imagine what he could do
Love the design for Grian's starter base. The copper gradient is cool enough, but finishing the boundaries with acacia wood and warped stem just works too perfectly!
I love that they just completely ignored the rest of the hermits panicking over the health bar because Grian and Scar are totally the duo that would spawn a loose Wither

Grian and Scar, what a combination of talent, humor, and friendship. They could just fish for a whole episode, chatting the whole time, and I'd still enjoy viewing! When they are building, pulling shenanigans, traveling, mentioning future plans; it just multiplies the enjoyment for everyone. I really appreciate this episode. Thank you Grian!!!

@Grian instead of the lanterns hanging from the ceiling you can put floating candles, which i think would go extremely well with your magician/alchemist theme studying the entity

After watching hermitcraft for several years, I'm starting to learn that no one on this server knows what a "starter base" is.

When I saw that your chests were organized I started clapping so loud my neighbors came knocking at my door thinking something was wrong.
I always do the wither in a strip mine, and I fill the spawn with chickens so I get stacks of roses as well. Its really easy to kill it down there.

I have an idea for your starter base, im not sure how good it'd look but I think it'd be cool:
Have white stained glass or something like that under the copper because you want it exposed
instead of wasting so much iron on a single wither, you can just go to the end, use some obsidian to build a wither trap under the exit portal and you're free to go

@Wolf Pack Productions it's actually not good to do it under there anymore. Golems can knock the wither out of the center and it'll go straight out to the overworld. Was fun while it lasted
